K Simon Construction

K. Simon Construction documents a roof's condition before recommending repair or replacement, explaining the options in plain language for residential and commercial customers. Services cover roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspection, storm restoration and emergency tarping, along with remodeling and exterior restoration beyond the roof itself. The company works in architectural shingles, standing seam metal, tile roofing, natural slate, stone coated steel and TPO single-ply systems, and reinstalls seamless gutters rather than replacing them when they can be saved. Storm work tied to an insurance claim is treated as a specialty, with the team walking customers through the insurance process and the full timeline. Credentials include NRCA membership, manufacturer credentials with CertainTeed, Owens Corning and GAF, a HAAG certified inspector on staff, and a Florida roofing license. Financing is available, and work is backed by a workmanship warranty alongside manufacturer coverage. Its credentials and project history point to Florida as its main service area, so a San Antonio customer should confirm by phone that the company covers their address.
